Agnieszka Trzaskalska was appointed to the Supervisory Board on 11 December 2007.
Agnieszka Trzaskalska completed a PhD course at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia, where she majored in law.
Agnieszka Trzaskalska has been employed with the Ministry of State Treasury since 1999, and has held various posts in the following departments: Agencies and Foundations Department, Financial Institutions Department, 5th and 4th Ownership Supervision and Privatization Department. At present, she is the head of a Division in the Privatization Department where she coordinates projects concerning sale of share blocks in State-owned Companies.
She has a long-term experence in the field of commercial companies law and corporate governance, as well as broad experience gained in supervisory authorities of companies and other entities, including such positions as:
Deputy Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board at LOTOS Petrobaltic S.A. (2007-2012), member of the Board at Polish Students' Parliament Foundation in Warsaw (2000-2003), Deputy Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board at PKRB FABUD S.A. in Siemianowice Śląskie (2005-2007). At present, member of the Supervisory Board at LOTOS Group.
