Dariusz Lubera

President of the Management Board

Dariusz Lubera graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics and Electronics of the Stanisław Staszic AGH University of Science and Technology, where he majored in electrical engineering. 
 
He began his professional career in 1983 at Zakłady Mechaniczne Tarnów in Tarnów. He has been working in the field of power distribution since 1985. He moved up the career ladder from a clerk to the President of the Management Board first at Zakład Energetyczny Tarnów in Tarnów and then at Enion.
 
From 2001 to 2003 he was a member of the Supervisory Board of PSE SA. For many years he has been an active member of the Power Engineering Transfer Pricing Council advising the Minister of the Economy, and the Polish Cogeneration Club ‘KOGEN POLSKA’ (Polski Klub Kogeneracji KOGEN POLSKA).
From 1998 to 2008 he was the president of the Polish Electricity Transmission and Distribution Association (Polskie Towarzystwo Przesyłu i Rozdziału Energii Elektrycznej). From 2008 he has been the president of the management board of the Polish Chamber of the Power Industry and Environmental Protection (Izba Gospodarcza Energetyki i Ochrony Środowiska).
Chairman, then member of the International Steering Committee of the Live Working Association and chairman of the Electricity Supply Technical Committee at the Polish Committee for Standardization (Polski Komitet Normalizacyjny).
 
As of March 2008 holds the post of President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer at TAURON Polska Energia S.A.
