Leszek Koziorowski is a member of the Supervisory Board at TAURON Polska Energia S.A. He was appointed to the Supervisory Board on 14 September 2010.
 
Leszek Koziorowski graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Warsaw University. He is a legal advisor at Warsaw Chamber of Legal Advisors.
 
At present, Leszek Koziorowski is the heads of the securities law department at the Gessel Koziorowski law firm. He is also an arbitrator in the Arbitration Court at the Private Employers’ Organization “Lewiatan” and a judge in the Stock Exchange Court. Earlier he worked at Brokers and Trust Funds Section at the Securities Commission, an advisor to the Chairman of the Commission, Deputy Chairman of the Examination Board for Investment Advisors at the Securities Commission.
 
Leszek Koziorowski is the author of many publications on capital market law in such magazines as “Przegląd Prawa Handlowego” (Commercial Law Review), “Prawo Papierów Wartościowych” (Securities Law), “Radca Prawny” (Legal Advisor), “Rzeczpospolita” daily and “Rynek Kapitałowy” (Capital Market). Many times recommended by “Rzeczpospolita” daily for the best legal advisor in Poland in the field of capital market law and IPO preparation. In 2009 he was recommended by the “Forbes” magazine for the best lawyer in the field of capital market law.
 
Leszek Koziorowski declared that in reference to the requirements defined in §23 section 3 of the Articles of Association of TAURON Polska Energia S.A., he meets the independence criteria for supervisory board members under Commission Recommendation of 15 February 2005 on the role of non-executive or supervisory directors of listed companies and on the committees of the (supervisory) board (2005/162/WE), including Best Practices for WSE Listed Companies.
