Mr. Rafał Wardziński was appointed to the Supervisory Board on 11 January 2012. 

 

Mr. Rafał Wardziński earned Master’s degree from the Section of European Integration, Jean Monnet Chair at the Szczecin University. He also completed a postgraduate course at the Law Faculty at the University of Liege (Belgium) and received a grant from the European Commission. In the years 2003-2004 he was employed in the European Integration Department at the Office of the Marshall of West Pomerania Province. Then, in the years 2004-2007 he was a parliamentary advisor at the Industry, Research and Energy Committee at the European Parliament in Brussels, and in the years 2007-2008 he was the Director of the Regional Office of West Pomerania Province in Brussels. In the years 2008-2012 he was employed at the Ministry of State Treasury, most recently as the Deputy Director of Key Companies Department. At present, he holds the position of the President of the Management Board at Polskie LNG S.A. Former Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PERN “Przyjaźń”, Member of the Supervisory Board of “Siarkokpol” S.A. (Sulphur Mines and Processing Plants) and Member of the Supervisory Board of GAZ – SYSTEM S.A. (Gas Transmission Operator). At present, he holds the position of Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of LOTOS S.A. Group.
