adopted by resolution No. 343/II/2010 of the TAURON Polska Energia S.A. Supervisory Board:
1. The entity authorized to examine financial statements of the Company and the TAURON Group should be changed at least once every 5 years.
2. The entity authorized to examine financial statements of the Company and the TAURON Group may again perform those activities after 2 years.
