- KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. holds 182,110,566 shares in TAURON Polska Energia S.A., which represents 10.39% of the Company's share capital and votes at the Company's General Meeting,
- ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny holds 88,742,929 shares in TAURON Polska Energia S.A., which represents 5.06% of the Company's share capital and votes at the Company's General Meeting,
- other individual and institutional investors hold 954,812,002 shares in TAURON Polska Energia S.A., which represents 54.49% of the Company's share capital and votes at the Company's General Meeting.
