Notification on purchase of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. by member of Supervisory Board

Article 160 section 4 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments – transactions concluded by persons who have access to confidential information
The Management Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. ("The Company") inform that on 14 September 2011 the Company received notification under Article 160 of the Act on trading in financial instruments from a member of the Supervisory Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. The notification refers to purchase of 2,500 Company’s shares by a member of the Management Board at PLN 4.93 per share. The transaction was concluded on 12 September 2011 on regulated market in a regular trading session.
