Amendments to Articles of Association of TAURON Polska Energia S.A.

Article 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information
In reference to current report No. 52/2011 dated 25 October 2011, the Management Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (“Company”) informs that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted the resolution on amendments in the Articles of Association of the Company. The introduced amendments are presented herewith.
