Article 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodical information

TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (”Company”) informs that on 17 June 2010 the Supervisory Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. passed resolution to adopt uniform text of the Company’s Articles of Association.

The uniform text includes amendments to the Articles of Association passed by the Extraordinary General Meetings of the Company held on 8 and 26 April 2010 which referred to the increase in the Company’s share capital in connection with incorporation of ENION Zarządzanie Aktywami and Energomix Servis (current report No. 3/2010 of 11 June 2010) and consolidation of the shares of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (current report No. 7/2010 of 16 June 2010).

The uniform text of the Company’s Articles of Association forms an enclosure herewith.
