Amendment to current report No. 9/2010 - determination of a price of the offer shares of the Company, the final number of the offer shares of the Company to be offered in the public offering and the final number of the offer shares of the Company to be offered to individual investor categories

The Management Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (”Company”) informs that due to a typing error they amend the attachment to current report No. 9/2010 of 22 June 2010 regarding the determination of a price of the offer shares of the Company, the final number of the offer shares of the Company to be offered in the public offering and the final number of the offer shares of the Company to be offered to individual investor categories.
The amendment refers to the final number of the offer shares of the Company to be offered to Individual Investors, after Share Consolidation. The previously presented number of 202,258,355 shares should be replaced with 205,258,355 shares.
The amended wording of the attachment is enclosed herewith.
