The Management Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (”Company”), pursuant to Article 54 section 3 of the Polish Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading and Public Companies dated 29 July 2005, announces the information regarding the determination of a price of the offer shares of the Company, the final number of the offer shares of the Company to be offered in the public offering and the final number of the offer shares of the Company to be offered to individual investor categories.
