The Management Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. ("Company") informs that on 12 January 2012 the Company was informed that the State Treasury dismissed Mr. Michał Michalewski from the Supervisory Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. The dismissal took place as of 11 January 2012 pursuant to §23 section 1 item 3 of the Company’s Articles of Association.

§ 5 section 1 item 21 and § 27 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required under the laws of non-member states (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259, as amended)
