Supplementary information on the member of the Management Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. appointed on 28 September 2010

In supplement to current report No. 37/2010 of 28 September 2010, the Management Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (“the Company”) give information about Ms. Joanna Schmid who was appointed to the Management Board of the Company on 28 September 2010 by the Supervisory Board.
Pursuant to the submitted declaration, Ms. Joanna Schmid does not run any activity outside TAURON Polska Energia S.A. Ms. Joanna Schmid does not participate in any business competitive to the Company as a partner in a civil-law company, partnership or as a member of a governing body in another company, neither is she a member of a governing body of any other legal entity.
Ms. Joanna Schmid has not been entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on National Court Register (KRS).
