Changed date of publication of consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2011

The Management Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. inform that they have changed the date of publication of consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2011 that was announced in current report No. 5/2011 dated 18 January 2011 concerning publication dates of periodical reports in 2011. The new date of publication of consolidated semi-annual report for H1 2011 was set at 18 August 2011.

§ 103 section 2 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259, with amendments).
