Notification of purchase and sale of shares by a Proxy of TAURON Polska Energia S.A.
The Management Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. ("Company") informs that on 27 January 2012 they received a notification about the following transactions on the Company’s shares concluded by the Company’s Proxy on the Stock Exchange in 2011: on 2 September 2011 – purchase of 2000 shares of the Company at PLN 5.32 per share, 24 October 2011 – sale of 2000 shares of the Company at PLN 5.55 per share. Transactions were concluded on regulated market in a regular trading session.
