Intention to amend the Articles of Association of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. 
 
General legal basis:
Article 56 section 1 item 2 of The Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information

The Management Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (“the Company”) informs about the decision to amend the Articles of Association of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. by introducing material amendments to the scope of activities of the Company. Thus the Management Board will apply to the Extraordinary General Meeting to amend § 5 section 1 of the Articles of Association as follows. At the same time, the Management Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. inform that draft resolution including rationale and proposed amendments to the Articles of Association was published in current report No. 51 of 25 October 2011.

Existing wording of § 5 section 1 of the Articles of Association:
