Article 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering – current and periodic information

 

In reference to current report No. 55/2011 dated 22 November 2011 concerning amendment to Articles of Association of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (”Company”), the Company’s Management Board informs that on 1 December 2011 they received the decision of the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division saying that the amendment to TAURON Polska Energia S.A. Articles of Association has been registered in the register of entrepreneurs maintained by the National Court register on 30 November 2011. The said amendment was passed by the resolution No. 5 of the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting dated 22 November 2011 on amendment to the Articles of Association concerning change of the Company’s scope of activities. The existing and amended wording of the Articles of Association are attached herewith.

 

§ 38 section 1 item 2 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 regarding current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required under the laws of non-member states (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259, as amended).
