The Management Board of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. (”Company”) announces the dates of publication of TAURON Polska Energia S.A. periodic reports in 2012:

Standalone annual report for 2011 – 19 March 2012

Consolidated annual report for 2011 – 19 March 2012

Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2012 – 10 May 2012

Consolidated semi-annual report for H1 2012 – 23 August 2012

Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2012 – 13 November 2012.

 

At the same time the Company informs that:

- pursuant to §102 section 1 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (“Decree”), the Company will not publish standalone and consolidated reports for Q4 2011;

- pursuant to § 83 section 3 of the Decree, the Company will not publish standalone semi-annual report, therefore the consolidated semi-annual report will include a summary financial statement together with the report prepared by entity authorized to examine financial statements and with a summary additional information;

- pursuant to § 101 section 2 of the Decree, the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly report for the Q2 2012;

- pursuant to § 83 section 1 of the Decree, the Company will not publish standalone quarterly reports, therefore the consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financial information.
