Initial Public Offering
The Selling Shareholder is offering up to 7,389,300,798 series B and C ordinary bearer shares with a par value of PLN 1 per share. The shares are offered by the principal shareholder of Tauron – the State Treasury. The offered shares represent approximately 52% of the Company’s share capital.
